I am excited to announce that I am now enrolled at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for the Physique and Bodybuilding Certification Course. This comprehensive course will equip me with the knowledge and skills necessary to work with bodybuilding and physique clients, and to help them achieve their fitness goals. I began the course in January and plan to be certified by June.
The all-new NASM Physique and Bodybuilding Coach specialization (NASM-PBC) is the latest course offered by NASM, and delivers the next step in fitness programming knowledge to meet the needs of bodybuilding and physique clients. The curriculum covers everything from weight training, nutrition, and supplementation techniques for physique athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels and experiences. I am thrilled to be a part of this program and to learn from some of the best experts in the industry.
Through the NASM-PBC course, I aim to take the guesswork out of training for physique goals. With expert insight and detailed resources, I can help my clients break through all the misinformation and noise of physique training seen on social media and the internet. The well-rounded programming provided by this course will give me the inspiration, insight, and methods to successfully reach my goals or coach clients toward their aesthetic aspirations. Wish me luck as I embark on this exciting journey!
I’m curious on if you took the exam and how you did? I’m not doing so well. i had to buy additional exams. My best score was 69.
I find that my OWN post test review and SEARCH for the proper answer is consuming. The content search function is limited. My opinion it should be 2 test sets. One taken mid way and a 2nd at the end. Its not a easy study. I also see there’s 74% passing. I wonder how many attempts.
Further NASM offers no help on what areas I may need to study more. I’m just FUSTRATED!! (thanks for listening!!)
