Our Review
I started this regimen during the quarantine here in the Philippines and was religiously taking this on the right dosage. That is 2 capsules right before bedtime. The problem initially is that I usually wake up feeling refreshed in the morning for my usual collagen / glutathione at night. This one did not.
There is also this usual feeling with taking skin lightening supplements that removes or at least lightens your acne marks even just a little bit. My face is very prone to acne marks! I would say that Frozen Collagen has somehow helped me recover from the pimples that I currently had, but that didn’t do much on my acne marks.

The only thing I would really like about this: I’m feeling relaxed ready for sleep at night. Weird eh? When I take my injectable glutathione with our housemate nurse at night, this is how I would usually feel. A little dizzy and sleepy. This one helps too, but then again the morning after it’s not as refreshing. Different Frozen Collagen feedback indeed. As with taking other oral glutathione or collagen supplements.
Perhaps I will need more time to assess this supplement and maybe review after another month of continuous usage. Although it already lacks behind my usual collagen brands. Simply because there is usual changes that I can feel already even just for a month of use with them.
Final Thoughts
A common issue with taking this is that you might not be able to figure out exactly if this is the one that worked. Especially when you combine with IV Gluta, or foods that are rich in collagen in the first place. I’ve noticed good differences taking other brands such as YouTheory and Neocell, but this one did not deliver so much… yet. This is something I would still recommend though given with the affordability. Maybe it’s probably not working specifically for my skin type? I’m reviewing this again for an update end of the year and compare my skin afterwards from the month I started.
